For clarity, the Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bespoke quotes involving multiple movements/transfers or to other licensed transport operators.
Quote must be in writing on a PDF document and presented to us on the same day as it was created, must be presented to us prior to booking and must be for the same form of payment. Fare must be available, able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us and be for the same dates, number of passengers, vehicle class and/or type.
The written quote must show the date it was created and the final price including all applicable fees and charges (including booking / service fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. This offer cannot be used for travel on the same day of the initial quote you received from our company.

Please note this offer is limited to 1 voucher per customer i.e. This voucher cannot be offered more than once to a single client or group. BusHire.co.nz ultimately reserves the right to refuse any person or company a voucher should they deem their activities or behaviour to be unethical, unlawful, underhanded or dishonest.
Step 1 – Provide us with the written quote
You can provide written transport quotes from:
1) Other New Zealander travel agencies
2) Licensed Transport Operators; and
3) Other New Zealander-registered businesses and websites
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
Your consultant will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by 5% of the total price.
Step 3: Confirm Booking
We will require you to book your journey when we beat your quote and pay in full on the same day, using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote. The change and cancellation conditions specific to your booking will apply.
If we can’t beat the competitor’s quote we will issue you a $50 voucher to be used on your next journey.
